The Imperial River House Resort, Chiang Rai, Chiang Rai

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge, a full suite overlooking the river and the pool, making it clean and spacious. The service was great, especially when my husband cut his foot, the staff were so nice and helpful. The location, although far from town for outside dinner, was lovely overlooking the river and close to the superhighway. The dining options were basic but adequate, with fresh fruit juices available.

The hotel offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with a nice pool area view, but the dining experience could be more exciting. The staff is friendly and accommodating, enhancing guest comfort.

Staying at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. The rooms were bright and cheery, offering both Western and Asian cuisine. They were extremely comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and a walk-in closet. The room was clean and spacious enough for three people, making our stay very enjoyable. The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Chiang Rai's attractions like the famous Blue Temple and the popular Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the buffet where we could request fresh omelettes cooked to order. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
